Angelo is a 36 year veteran of the music industry, Angelo has performed with many local popular groups such as the “Hearts of Stone”“New Image”, “Pure Fetish”,“Real Deal” and“Back2Back”. Angelo’s talent has taken him to national acts with “New Sensation” and Peaches and Herb.Angelo’s superb pocket playing make the room rock and the tick,tock.
Donald "Smoothie" McCall
Donald has been singing his whole life and performing with many local groups as well as several local theaters. Before joining the Souled Out family, Donald sang with the group Secrets for many years. Donald’s smooth vocals and high falcetto have earned him the nick name “Smoothie”.
Gilda Betancourt
Gilda developed her talent as a singer-songwriter at an early age and was inspired by artists such as Anita Baker, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey and Chaka Khan. Gilda is a winner of the "USA Songwriting Competition", and her song "Natural Thing" was released in the Motion Picture Sound track "American Desi" and in the Motion Picture Sound track "American Violet". She sang in concert choir for Celine Dion, Michael Bolton and Reba McIntire, has brought her talent to New York, Hawaii, Copenhagen and St. Thomas, and continues to wow people with her smooth and powerful voice.
JOEY ROTELLA
Joey Played Guitar in the 70's big show for Mcfadden and Whitehead, The Main Ingredient, Eddie Holman, The Temprees, Barbara Mason, Heatwave, and Black Ivory. he currently plays for tavares and deney terio.
Paul Duquette
Paul Duquette is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music and has been an in demand keyboard player for 20 years. His styles range from classical, jazz, rock, funk and r+b. Paul has played with many local acts including Wayz and Means, Gina Welsey and Dream Catcher, Image and Paul Williams Sweet Pea Blues Band. Outside of the contemporary music scene Paul plays the piano for St Paul’s church in Cranston RI.
PHIL “THUNDERBASS” CROOK
Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, now residing in Rhode Island has been in the music business for 30 plus years. Studied at New England Conservatory of Music. Has toured internationally throughout his career with multiple musical artists including Luther Ingram, Gordon Lightfoot, Joe Tex, Bonnie Floyd, and Martha Reeves and the Vandellas just to name a few.
Phil has been very active in the musical producing field. Mastering the Bass Guitar has become a no holds Barred for this entertainer. His ability to excite an audience when performing is extremely notable. He brings a high energy performance level to those he shares the stage with.
